Step 2: Define Your Specifications Tell us exactly what you need. We need precise details to ensure the perfect fit and look. This includes specifying your desired ring setting style, your exact finger size, and your preferred diamond parameters (such as Carat weight, Cut, Color, and Clarity grades).
Step 3: Receive Your Quotation Based on your detailed specifications discussed in Step 2, we will provide a comprehensive and transparent price quotation for your custom project.
Step 4: Place Your Deposit Once you approve the quotation, a deposit is required to secure your order and initiate the actual design and production phase.
Step 5: Private Customization & Production This is where the magic happens. Our skilled artisans and master jewelers will begin crafting your unique piece with meticulous attention to detail, strictly following your approved design.
Step 6: Pay the Balance Once your custom jewelry is completed and passes our quality inspection, we will notify you to pay the remaining balance of the order.
Step 7: International Shipping Your finished, custom-made jewelry will be securely packaged and shipped globally to your designated address, ready to be cherished forever.

Store your jewelry separately in its original pouch or a soft-lined jewelry box to help prevent scratches and tangling. Avoid contact with perfume, cosmetics, hairspray, household chemicals, chlorine and salt water. Remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, sleeping or doing household work. After wear, wipe gently with a soft, lint-free cloth. For a deeper clean, use lukewarm water, mild soap and a very soft brush, then rinse and dry thoroughly. Do not use abrasive cleaners, ultrasonic cleaners or steam cleaners unless recommended by a professional jeweler. Have the settings, clasps and stones inspected periodically by a professional jeweler.

Delivery & returns
Dispatch: In-stock items are prepared and dispatched within 3–7 business days. Made-to-order and customized items are prepared and dispatched within 10–15 business days.
Shipping: Estimated transit time after dispatch is 3–7 business days. Tracking and adult-signature service are included. Promotional and discounted items are not eligible for complimentary shipping. A flat shipping fee of US$75 applies and includes shipping charges and destination import duties.
Returns and refunds: Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Promotional and discounted items must be submitted for return within 15 days of delivery. Returned items must be unworn, unused, free from signs of wear, unaltered, not resized, in resalable condition, and returned with the original packaging, certificates, and accessories.
Return costs: Unless the return is due to a verified authenticity issue or a manufacturing or quality defect, the customer is responsible for return courier charges and any return-related duties or taxes. Please contact us before returning an item so that we can provide the correct return instructions.
Refund timing: Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. The time required for the refund to appear in the customer's account may vary by payment provider.
