Delivery & returns
Delivery & returns
Dispatch: All products are dispatched within 5–15 business days. Certain options, including ring sizes, may be temporarily unavailable and require made-to-order preparation.
Shipping: Estimated transit time after dispatch is 3–7 business days. Tracking and adult-signature service are included. Promotional and discounted items are not eligible for complimentary shipping. A flat shipping fee of US$75 applies and includes shipping charges and destination import duties.
Returns and refunds: Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Promotional and discounted items must be submitted for return within 7 days of delivery. Returned items must be unworn, unused, free from signs of wear, unaltered, not resized, in resalable condition, and returned with the original packaging, certificates, and accessories.
Return costs: Unless the return is due to a verified authenticity issue or a manufacturing or quality defect, the customer is responsible for return courier charges and any return-related duties or taxes. Please contact us before returning an item so that we can provide the correct return instructions.
Refund timing: Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. The time required for the refund to appear in the customer's account may vary by payment provider.
Voluntary return windows do not affect statutory consumer rights.
